[xml] xmlParserInputBufferGrow: encoder error

Hi!

Anyone seen this message and know why I am receiving it?

Admittedly, its a fairly open question and I'm using an older version
of libxml2 (2.4.23).

I searched the archives and could not find anything relevant.

I'm more trying to understand what I may be doing wrong and how I can
avoid this message in the future.

Any pointers would be appreciated.  (I will also try newer version.)
