[xml] Link warning on Windows

Creating library \MetDev\metropolis\bin\Debug/run.lib and object 
\MetDev\metropolis\bin\Debug/run.exp
LINK : warning LNK4049: locally defined symbol "_xmlFree" imported

Version 2.5.11 Windows 2003 server Visual C++ 6.0 libxml2_a.lib (static) 
without zlib and without iconv and using "/MT" (not "/MD").

I don't like it, but it does not appear to be hurting me.

If anyone has any ideas how to further track this down I will.
