Hi Daniel

Here comes a new patch. It implements two new public
functions

xmlTextWriterSetIndent()
xmlTextWriterSetIndentString()

and it only indents XML documents created with

xmlTextWriterStartElement()
xmlTextWriterEndElement()
xmlTextWriterWriteElement()
xmlTextWriterWriteComment()

by now. I'll continue adding support to others functions.
