[xml] Newbie wmlWriter question

I'm trying to generate an xml file like this:

<EXAMPLE>
        <RESULT NAME="test" ID="0">53535</RESULT>
</EXAMPLE>

but i'm not able to generate <RESULT NAME="test" ID="0">53535</RESULT>, i
have used xmlTextWriterWriteWriteElement and xmlTextWriterWriteAttribute but
it doesn't work!!
