[xml] redundant code in tree.c:xmlReplaceNode ?

Seems like the second pair of checks for old vs. cur in xmlReplaceNode
are simply copies of the first pair. Or are my eyes fooling me?
(This is libxml2 2.5.7, which I admit is a bit old... ;-)
