[xml] Libxml2 -2.6.2 testSchemas fails on test/schemas/group0_0.xsd test/schemas/group0_0.xml

Hi,

I recently downloaded and built libxml on linux. I ran into
a validation error while running the testSchemas program on
 groups0_0.xsd. Is this a bug ?
