Okay. bug found and fixed in CVS. I also added the test to the
regression suite.
I don't pretend to understand what libxml thinks is happening here,
Well it was missing a recursion in the include lookup for overriden
define and start elements.
Implementing the datatype ENTITY would be good :-}
In the list, I got James Clark XSDatatype regression tests, and
this is one of the missing parts,
