[xml] Release of libxml2-2.5.1

  We all know that .0 releases are doomed:
    ftp://xmlsoft.org/ and GNOME FTP mirrors
    http://xmlsoft.org/

I realized yesterday that I introduced a memory leak on external parsed
entities in 2.5.0 and under specific conditions. This relase fixes it,
the configuration and compilation problem raised with 2.5.0 and a couple
of bugs in the XMLTextReader interface,
