[xml] How to get the value of htmlNodePtr?

Many functions handling HTML-file use a parameter of
htmlNodePtr. I know one can get the value of
xmlNodePtr with xmlDocGetRootElement(doc). But with
which function can I get the value of htmlNodePtr?
