That's a gcc problem.

It *may* be an old chesnut that's basically telling you (obscurely) you
have a faulty memory chip.  If you have more than one, you could try
removing them in turn to see if it persists.  OTOH, that's just a shot
in the dark, and if it is the culprit then the error message has been
deadratted.
