[xml] libxml on win32

Hello Sir,

I have downloaded the binaries for  ?libxml2-2.4.24.win32? and trying to run 
the sample ?gjobread.c? .
But its failing at the compiling stage itself with the following error.
Just for info.
I am using MSVC 6.0 environment for this
I have set the path to include dir and lib dir correctly.

Could u please tell me where I am wrong ?

fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'iconv.h': No such file or 
directory
