  thanks for you reply my question first. 
and my problem is :
i got the libxml package. i unziped it and compiled it in the windows2000 platform.
when i used it, i found there wasn't the schema support. so i checked the schemas.c
and i noticed the #include <win32version.h> and <xmlversion.h> but they didn't define
the ENABLE_SCHEMA macro. i define this macro by myself but i cann't compile this lib
at all. who can help me!?

:-) Seriously, let me see what exactly for errors you are having, perhaps I
have an idea or two.
