Mostly a bugfix release with wth Windows CE port changes:
- Patches for Windows CE port, improvements on Windows paths handling
- Fixes to the validation  code (DTD and Schemas), xmlNodeGetPath() ,
  HTML serialization, Namespace compliance,  and a number of small problems
