  It is supposed to work. Please formulate your bug report correctly
like asked at http://xmlsoft.org/XSLT/bugs.html
  If I can't reproduce your problem by lack of details, I won't spend
the time trying to guess to fix a theorical bug.
  Also take the time to look at regression test 90
tests/general/bug-90.xsl tests/docs/bug-90.xml
