[xml] libxml2-2.4.21 installation help on solaris 2.8

I downloaded libxml2-2.4.21.tar.gz from xmlsoft.org. When I try to install libxml2-2.4.21 on solaris 2.8, the 
"make install" dies at this point:

(cd ; gtkdoc-fixxref --module=libxml --html-dir=/usr/local/doc)
sh: gtkdoc-fixxref: not found
*** Error code 1 (ignored)

it stops there. Anyone know what is causing this?
