No, it is not possible to use libxml without the Windows filesystem. Libxml
is highly dependent on the Windows filesystem and all those users on Linux,
Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, IRIX, Risc-OS, Sco, *BSD... they all must install NTFS
to use libxml.
