[xml] New C++ Wrapper for libxml

Sorry if this is not the right place for this ... 

I just released a C++ library that wraps around libxml. Would it be
possible to add a link to it in the FAQ next to libxml++? Also, would it
be too much to ask to have a link added in the "Related Links" section
of the web site?
