PLEASE! I need some help. I´m using libxml2-2.4.5
and I can´t valid any document against a DTD. I´m working with
Win98.
c:\aplic --dtdvalid c:\memo.dtd
c:\memo.xml
Error:

Please help me!!! I don´t know what else to
