[xml] Release of libxml2-2.4.5

It fixes the problems raised with 2.4.4 before it gets too widespread:
  - fixes libxml-2.0.pc
  - repair xmlKeepBlanksDefault() and xmllint --indent
  - output hexadecimal charrefs when serializing HTML
