[xml] Release of libxml-2.3.5

  Biggest change is on XPath, it now separate parsing and
interpretation, while the new library should preserve binary
compatibility there is a new set of APIs to compile an XPath expression
and evaluate it in a given context.
  I fixed a number of reported bugs and I have tried to
incorporate nearly everything.
