[xml] use of ctxt->replaceEntities

Hi,

i tried to use ctxt->replaceEntities = 0 to prevent the HTMLparser
from replacing the Entities :) I noticed that this will not work in
this way as htmlParseReference is not using this flag.

bug || feature || missunderstanding ?
