FW: [xml] Release of libxml2-2.4.1

Is anyone else getting errors compiling on Windows that EAGAIN and EINTR are
undeclared identifiers? Everything builds fine on Caldera Linux, but not
Windows.

This is using MS DevStudio 6 with service pack 4 on Windows 2000.

  Quick release, available at ftp://xmlsoft.org/
Basically big fixes, it includes the patches provided by various
people. I also tried to cleanup some of the generated docs (but
it's not finished). There is also the code needed to get line numbering
in the DOM tree but I goofed and it doesn't work as is :-/
Oh this includes a patch to save HTTP resources via PUT or POST,
courtesy of John Kroll.
