[xml] libxml2-2.3.7 is released

  Lot of fixes and improvements in this version:
   - lots of small bug fixes, corrected XPointer 
   - Non determinist content model validation support 
   - added xmlDocCopyNode for gdome2 
   - revamped the way the HTML parser handles end of tags 
   - XPath: corrctions of namespacessupport and number formatting 
   - Windows: Igor Zlatkovic patches for MSC compilation 
   - HTML ouput fixes from P C Chow and William M. Brack 
   - Improved validation speed sensible for DocBook 
   - fixed a big bug with ID declared in external parsed entities 
   - portability fixes, update of Trio from Bjorn Reese 

 Everybody using libxml for validating XML should upgrade and report
possible breakage since I rewrote the validation support to handle
non deterministic (in the XML sense) content model.
