Proposal to extend Application Window Properties

Hi,

I've read the latest WM spec. and would like to propose the following
additions.

5.8. _NET_WM_ALLOWED_ACTIONS

_NET_WM_ALLOWED_ACTIONS, ATOM[]

Two new possible atoms:

_NET_WM_ACTION_RESIZE_HORZ, ATOM
_NET_WM_ACTION_RESIZE_VERT, ATOM

_NET_WM_ACTION_RESIZE_HORZ indicates that the window can be resized
horizontally

_NET_WM_ACTION_RESIZE_VERT indicates that the window can be resized
vertically

In effect _NET_WM_ACTION_RESIZE is split into 2 components.
This gives the application developer greater control over the resize
behaviour of windows.
