I don't think we should make this kind of broken behaviour easier for
them. If we make it easier, we will only achieve that more toolkits pick
up these broken ideas. Assuming we would put some frame size mechanism
in, I'd predict that

a) these toolkits won't use it anyway

b) the next jdk will break window management in different ways
