binding a key to raise panel

Hello,
I have configured my gnome panel as auto hide and was wondering if
somebody has an idea
about how to configure sawfish (0.30.3) to bind a key to a raise-panel.
Is there a lisp instruction to put in the .sawfishrc that can act on the

gnome panel window (e.g. raise it)?
