WM Spec Thread

Last post in these arenas for a bit on the subject, now that the new list
is in place, just because most people aren't on it yet:

* Updated the wmhints docbook on my site:

	. Added Marko Macek to the list of those commited to the project.

	. Updated to mention the list provided by Mike Fullbright.

	. Fleshed out some of the latter topics of discussion with some
	  more concrete thoughts, earlier I had to run out of the house
	  to do some errands.
