i'd like to have a second draft...

one thing that i would like to see happen with alot of the "hints" in the
current "spec" and matthias' draft is a fair amount of grouping... for
example... window attributes (like shaded, hidden, maximized) etc. are
defined as a CARDINAL (32 bit unsigned integer)... things like decorations,
_NET_WM_SKIP_FOCUS etc. are also parts of a window's attributes, and
perhaps we should follow Xlib in creating a structure/union of these
different pieces and define them under one property on a client window:
_NET_WM_HINTS (just like _XA_WM_HINTS or _MOTIF_WM_HINTS)
