gedit 3.x version for windows

Hi All,

I am trying to download a Gedit 3.x windows installer, however found that the latest version is 2.3 for windows ready-built binaries.

Can you guys post a 3.x version binary for windows?

I had developed a plugin(in python) for Gedit 3.x on MAC to make our daily work easier, and I'd like to the windows user use this plugin as well.
