[Valencia] Development snapshot: Valencia 0.5.1

I've just released a development snapshot of Valencia: https://download.gnome.org/sources/valencia/0.5/valencia-0.5.1.tar.xz

The only change since 0.5.0 is the ability to use environment variables to target specific versions of valac and libvala.  See the INSTALL file for more information.

Regarding the API change to gedit 3.11/3.12, it (unsurprisingly) looks like more of a change than we can take on at the moment.  More information at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=724173
