I've finished to port.

I've added all benefits of GXml has like: your project is able to build for
Windows, i18n and could packaged to Debian easy.

If you accept my pull, is trivial to add it to Mingw packages and available
to Windows users.

You can continue using CMake if you want, just make sure provide equivalent
features, because some others would like to use it for fast compile and
other goodness it has, I really don't know.
