Hi,

I created bindings for gpgme some years ago. Not 100% of gpgme's
features are supported, but the most important ones should work.

https://github.com/ktt-ol/serial-barcode-scanner/blob/master/vapi/gpgme.deps
https://github.com/ktt-ol/serial-barcode-scanner/blob/master/vapi/gpg-error.vapi

Per an off-list discussion with Sebastian, those bindings are now
included in the vala-extra-vapis repository
(<https://github.com/nemequ/vala-extra-vapis>).

Anyone who has written VAPIs not included there, with valac, or with the
library they bind, please consider adding them to that repository. If
you have attached bindings to the External Bindings page on the wiki in
the past, or relied upon such bindings, please note that they may no
longer be there; the sysadmins have deleted all attachments on
live.gnome.org/wiki.gnome.org several times, and may do so again.
