[Vala] Project Vala-dbus-binding-tool is alive?

Hello everyone, could someone tell me if vala-dbus-binding-tool is still
maintained?

I tried to install here, but I noticed that the version of libgee on
pkg-config is different from the default. In configure.ac file it's looking
for libgee-1.0 but the newer versions are gee-0.8.
