[Vala] valac compiles ok, but make ends with errors

Hello,

I have read that this may be a problem with build system, but how can i fix it.

when I run 'make clean && make' I get
previous definition of ...
for each class in the file.

but if I run valac it compiles fine.

Is the make system caching information somewhere?
I rebooted and retried with same result.
