[Vala] ccache like script for vala?

Anyone has any script to accelerate vala compilation times like ccache does?

Swig also has ccache-swig.. 

I know that it will not work in all cases, but at least for big make mrproper;make will work. And can reduce 
the compilation times a lot.

Will be good to have this command distributed with vala 0.14.
