[Vala] [Patch] Add gtksourceview-3.0

Hi,

I need GtkSourceView for an application I am writing, in Gtk3, but only
GtkSourceView for Gtk2 is included in Vala ATM.

They changed the namespace (Gtk.SourceView -> GtkSource.View for
instance).

Here is a patch to add gtksourceview-3.0 to Vala :
