[Vala] [ANNOUNCE] New software in Gentoo overlay

I'm proud to present list of new software included in Gentoo overlay
since last announce in January:

  * Valencia
  * Gtkaml
  * VTG
  * Val(a)IDE
  * Xnoise

Since that time many errors were corrected, ebuilds rewritten and
updated. Feel free to add this overlay, use it and open issues on new
software you want to see.
