[Vala] Patch to add support for array sort, reverse and shuffle operations

Hi,

I have implemented sort(), reverse() and shuffle() operations for build 
in arrays. The sort operation supports both ascending and descending 
order and all operations should work in both gobject and posix profiles.

Arrays containing object types are also sortable if the class has a 
comparison method 'int compare(this)'. Comments wellcome!
