[Vala] documents

Hi Dear
I am a beginner in linux programming. I try to using vala it's so nice.
I use valadoc.org for documents (have a better suggestion? ) buts is slow
for me.
is there any .chm file or simular for download? if isn't I think that its
simple for converting html file to chm file isn't it? can I do this?
