[Vala] hide the protected variables of the GstIterator structure

Several weeks ago I filled this bug:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=606827
It hides the protected attributes of the GstIterator structure,
exposing the methods instead. The original is backwards which I
suspect is wrong.
Does somebody have a different opinion? May I commit it?
I don't want break somebody else code :D
