[Vala] GLib.FileStream does not have bindings for fread nor fwrite.

I noticed that GLib.FileStream does not have bindings for fread nor fwrite.

So raised a bug:

Could someone review it please?

It works in my application, and could need fixes but anyways,
it's hard to believe fread and fwrite have not had bindings.
