[Vala] [Genie] Code Generator !

Hi,

I just created a new tiny program.
It can generate genie code !

Obviously, the program is still young and probably contains bugs, there 
will be some changes in the near future.

Thank you to test it and tell me what do you think about this kind of 
program.
