[Vala] [Wikibooks] Discussion Page

I have created some content in the discussion page of the whole book,
which is the one linked to in the Cover page.

I tried to explain some possible ways to use that page.

Every contributor to the book is warmly invited to <<watch>> that page
(Log in to wikibooks and see My Watchlist at the top of the page)
Also, it could be good to watch the main page too.
