[Vala] Valencia 0.2.0 - gedit plugin for Vala

We pleased to announce Valencia 0.2.0, a free plugin that turns gedit
into a lightweight development environment for Vala.

Valencia's feature set currently offers:

* Symbol browsing
* Jumping to build errors
* Run programs with output appearing in a pane

New features included with 0.2.0:

* Tooltips for method prototypes
* Symbol autocompletion support
* Many parser bugfixes and enhancements
