0.6.1 is just a minor bugfix release from the stable 0.6 branch. As Vala
projects require small changes in the build system to support Vala 0.7
and 0.7.0 still has a few regressions, some projects may still depend on
Vala 0.6.
A Vala 0.7.1 release will follow soon as well.
