[Vala] Please generate reference for vapi bindings

Hi,

Could someone write a program to generate API document from the existing
vapi bindings, aka doxygen like doc? Maybe someone who is familiar with
the vala parse can do a quick hack on it.

It will be event better if a vala function is linked to its
corresponding c function's reference document.

It's really hard to search the mess of codes in the .vapi files to find
the function you want.
