[Vala] common Signal and Method base class

Hello Vala developers,
I was asking myself if it would be possible to use a common base class
for the things that are common to signals and methods? (i.e.
parameters, the fact that they can be called, return type, etc)

I know it would simplify my gtkaml work, but would it simplify yours too?
