A lot of these methods probably make sense. However, we're currently
trying to get something similar to the iterator and list interfaces
available in libgee into glib. For that, we first need to agree on a basic
API. We can always add helper methods later on.

Wow, getting those interfaces into glib would just make my day.

If you can drop any news that wouldn't cause to much bikeshedding please do :-)
