[Vala] Sentinel information for functions with variable length argument lists

Vala automatically generates sentinals for functions with variable
length argument lists like "g_object_set". Unfortunatly some functions
of our software stack use "NULL" as sentinal whereas other functions 
use "-1". The attached patch introduces the "sentinel" property for the
CCode attribute for proper code generation.
