Hello,
thanks for your help. Interestingly your suggestion doesn't work for me.
So here are some more infos:
Working with a Verbatim Memory Stick 256 MB
udev-050 (/dev/sda and /dev/sda1 are created)
hal-0.4.2 (Memory stick is detected correctly)
pmount-0.4.4 (pmount, pumount, pmount-hal are located in /usr/bin; works
as user)
gnome-volume-manager-1.0.2 (./configure --with-mount-program="..."
--with-umount...)
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Thomas

/org/freedesktop/... does work fine). The problem is that gvm doesn't
use pmount (no mount point is created and so the device doesn't get
mounted). Do I need to compile gvm with special options to recognize
pmount? Can somebody help me please?
./configure with those options:
--with-mount-program="/usr/bin/pmount-hal %h"
--with-umount-program="/usr/bin/pumount %d"
Regards,
Frederic
